Inverter power supplies incorporate operating frequencies up to 2,000 pulses per second and provide various types of feedback, offering better control over welding consistency. Cycle rates up to 600 weld per minute (with water cooling) make this an ideal choice for automation.

The trace monitor function displays the whole range of weld power delivery on the LCD screen, allowing visual evaluation. The entire weld, including the rise time of the weld is monitored. Monitoring this critical rise time provides an accurate representation of what has occurred during the entire weld.
