MTI MicroWelding was formed to provide micro joining equipment to industries ranging from aerospace to medical and microelectronics to automotive and consumer electronics. We serve our customers by working together to develop the desired processes and then provide them quality equipment to perform those processes while incurring minimal costs and realizing maximum economic benefits.

Our equipment is designed to provide maximum performance limited only by today's technology and to give our customers monitoring capabilities that enhance quality control, incorporating pre-process testing and providing post process results. Critical process parameters are now controlled and monitored using parameters set by engineering. Go No-Go decisions are now monitor controlled, creating a less stressful environment for operators.

MTI MicroWelding provides Seiwa Micro Spot Welding Equipment, including AC, Capacitor Discharge, Transistor Controlled Linear DC and High Frequency Inverter Welding Systems. Weld Heads, Pressure Follow-up Mechanisms and Monitor Systems are also available.

We design and manufacture Arc Percussive Weldering Systems. This unique process makes possible joing of certain materials such as stranded wires and dissimilar metals.
