YH AND ZH SERIES HEAD DRIVING UNITS

|
The
YH and ZH series head driving units' linear design provides
welding accuracy and repeatability. Linear, sealed slides
eliminate oil leaks and migration and allow the heads to
be mounted in either a horizontal or vertical configuration.
These design features along with rugged durability make
them an ideal choice for automated systems. Both series
can accommodate any pressure follow-up mechanism configuration
and have only one air cylinder, simplifying adjustment
and increasing speed. |

- Low
inertia provides rapid, accurate follow up even at very
low weld force. Minimal friction produces quick response
resulting in minimal deformation and splash.
- The linear
design with sealed sides and tightly machined components
minimizes workpiece movement during the weld process.
- All
vital weld force adjustments and power supply initiation switches
are internal, allowing ease of integration onto automated
welding machines.
- The
micro switch or photo sensor triggers the welding supply consistently, improving
quality and production.
- The
compact design provides the flexibility required by machine
builders and manufacturing managers making them an excellent solution
to process problems.
